Requirements Profile
Role/Task:
* Experience in client management in consulting projects
* Winning follow-up projects and identifying & winning new projects
* Leadership experience in IT consulting
* Project Management experience in ITSM projects
Technology/ITSM experience such as:
ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell SW, Ivanti, HP, CA, Axios Sys, Easy Vista, IBM, Heat, LANDesk, Hornbil, Helpline, Omninet, SunView or similar
Soft skills
* Innovative, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
