Construction Manager 80 to 100%
Your main tasks:
* Develop and optimise projects
* Lead and direct technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors
* Prepare preliminary measurements, measurements, and calculations
* Draft tender and bid specifications
* Prepare, plan, and supervise the execution of works
* Manage stakeholders, including clients, representatives, and contractors
* Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality of works
Your profile:
* Holder of a HES/EPF architect diploma, ES technician in site planning, CFC building draughtsman, or equivalent
* 3 years of desired experience in a similar position in Switzerland
* In-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation and standards
* Proficiency in common IT tools such as Messerli Gestion, Autodesk, Office Suite, etc.
* Ability to work independently while fostering team spirit
* Commitment and sense of responsibility
* Rigour, precision, autonomy, adaptability.
