Your tasks
* Provide individual counselling and support for students seeking access arrangements due to a chronic illness, disability or neurodivergence.
* Advise students, faculty and staff on issues relating to accessibility, family friendliness and equal opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage and document cases in alignment with university procedures.
* Support the DE&I team in operational coordination and through your expertise and team effort contribute to the further development of DE&I at HSG.
* Organise and participate in events and networks related to your areas of work.
Your profile
* A higher education degree in psychology, social work or social sciences/DEI
* Proven experience in counselling, advising and student support
* Motivation to independently acquire expertise, particularly in the areas of neurodiversity, disabilities and their impact on study/work
* Commitment to advancing equality and social justice, ideally based on some theoretical knowledge of DEI
* Very good German and English skills (spoken and written min. C1 proficiency)
* Affinity to work independently as well as contribute to collaborative team processes within and across units
* Personal values aligned with self-reflection, integrity, authenticity and empathy
