Nordwand Group is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting practice. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (360), nurture client relationships, and build a candidate network. The position is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Business development and client management: develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Source, interview, and assess finance and accounting professionals across various levels.
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates.
* Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes within Finance & Accounting.
* Share insights internally and externally to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English; Swiss German is highly desired.
* Commercially savvy with a consultative approach to business development.
* Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
