Numbers are your strength, and you're ready to do more than just crunch them? As a Junior Controller (80 - 100%) at Publicis Groupe, you’ll work at the intersection of finance and creativity. You’ll dive deep into financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, gaining hands‑on experience that will take your skills to the next level.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements – because accuracy and reliability matters
- Collaborate on budget planning and forecasting, translating data into business insights
- Monitor budgets, actuals, and client profitability – so everything adds up
- Dive into project controlling, ad hoc reports, and cost management
- Work closely with our Shared Service Center, partner agencies, and DACH teams
- Be the go‑to person for finance & controlling matters within our agency teams
Qualifikationen
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role – you’ve got the basics, now you’re ready to take the next step
- A degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance & controlling
- You enjoy working in an English‑speaking environment and feel confident communicating in English! If you also speak German, that’s a great plus
- Strong Excel skills; first experience with Power BI and SAP is a great plus
- A sharp mind with a solution‑oriented approach – you see challenges as opportunities
- A fast learner who thrives on understanding complex processes and making them work and continuously learn
