Position Summary
Global Production Sampling Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
* Define and lead the global production sampling strategy
* Establish global standards, processes, and governance for production sampling
* Improve speed, reliability, and scalability of sampling operations
* Lead global programs such as MES Sampling and Smart Labeling
* Align production sampling with manufacturing capacity and automation roadmaps
* Define and track indicators to improve performance
* Be the global interface between Operations and Commercial for production sampling
Qualifications
* Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, labs, or supply chain, preferably in the fragrance, food, or chemical industry
* Experience in global or multi-site environments
* English language mandatory, French preferred
* Stakeholder management and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with experience with speed and operational excellence
We can base the role in any of our F&B Operations sites where we have production sampling activities.
