Your Responsibilities
* Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)
* Maintain and optimize our Hyper-V and Windows Server infrastructure
* Provide IT support across all levels (1st to 3rd line)
* Drive automation using tools like PowerShell and Intune
* Deliver hands-on IT support at congresses and events across Switzerland and Europe
Your Profile
* Completed IT education or equivalent professional qualification
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration or support
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Hyper-V
* Experience with end-user support and infrastructure services (1st–3rd level)
* Basic understanding of networking and IT security
* Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell) is a plus
* Willingness to travel occasionally to support events on-site (approx. 5%)
* Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), German a plus
