For a temporary assignment, we are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician (Research Assistant) to join an Instrumental Analytics department, working hands‑on with a variety of analytical technologies in a collaborative research environment.
Responsibilities
* Plan analysis with support from supervisory staff
* Prepare standards and samples ? Perform experiments on different instruments
* Data analysis with support from supervisory staff
* Document experiments
* Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
* Recommend next steps based on data generated
* Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
* Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
* Ordering and maintaining stocks of material
Profile
* Education as Lab Technician or Bachelor degree in Analytical Chemistry/ Chemistry/ Molecular Biology or Biotechnologie
* Min. 2-3 years of work experience in a Lab Environment within Academic research
* Experience in Pharma or MedTech industry
* Know-How with Liquid Chromatography (Preferably PCR)
* First experience in statistical data analysis & evaluation
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
* Knowledge in GxP
