Your tasks
1. Support the CRM team and project managers in customer experience (CX) initiatives across various sales companies globally. This includes assisting with the deployment and optimization of our CRM application for Inside Sales and Customer Service departments as well as sales enablement tools like Showpad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation tool snapADDY.
2. Prepare for and participate in kickoff workshops, training sessions, and hyper care activities.
3. Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, including the CX team, Sales Companies, IT, and external partners.
4. Assist with system change requests, feature testing, and ticketing processes.
5. Conduct regular training across markets to ensure adoption and effective change management.
6. Provide support in managing community engagement.
7. Develop comprehensive training materials and presentations.

9. Strong analytical mind and technical understanding.
10. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team and multicultural environment.
11. High organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Fluent in English and German, both oral and written.
14. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
15. CRM knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
16. Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Sciences.
17. Flexibility to travel internationally.
