Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming bookings and inquiries via email and phone
2. Independently sell reservations and process customer files using tourist reservation systems
3. Manage online bookings and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
* Travel agency / Tourism background
* First professional experience desirable
* Language skills: German (fluent), French (good knowledge), English (good knowledge)
* Motivation, good organizational skills, flexibility, and team spirit
* Sales and customer orientation
* Knowledge of tourist reservation systems is an advantage
