About the Role
BSI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding of clients to our industry-leading life sciences software solutions (including CTMS, eTMF, and others).
You will oversee complex projects within a regulated environment, collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that help our customers advance clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead complex software implementation projects from initiation to delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
 * Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and manage change requests effectively.
 * Drive alignment between project goals, business needs, and customer expectations.
 * Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams.
 * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 * Mentor and coach team members to strengthen performance, communication, and delivery capabilities.
 * Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Lead client meetings, demos, and status reviews with confidence and clarity.
 * Communicate project progress, dependencies, and risks transparently to both technical and business audiences.
 * Support the preparation and presentation of RfP materials to secure new business opportunities.
 * Represent BSI Life Sciences at conferences and industry events.
 * Set up, coordinate, and manage client contracts in collaboration with internal teams to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.
What You Bring
 * 5+ years of Software Project Management experience within a regulated industry (life sciences preferred).
 * Strong understanding of clinical operations is a significant advantage.
 * Proven track record of successfully delivered IT projects.
 * Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
 * Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team-oriented environment.
 * Fluent in English and German.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Proficient in Project Management tools like MS Project, SmartSheets, or Think-Cell.
 * Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
