About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office processes, and supporting management in administrative tasks.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments of products worldwide, manage shipping documents, and optimize logistical processes for on-time deliveries.
* Administrative Support: Provide assistance to other business areas, create and process offers and orders, and support the sales team.
* Communication and Collaboration: Promote internal communication, interface between departments, and contribute to HR department initiatives.
Requirements
* Candidates must have:
* Completed commercial training
* Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
* A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
* Experience in a comparable role
* Proficiency in MS Office and good IT skills
