We are looking for you to support our motivated front office team from the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and supervising the daily operations of the reception department, including guest arrivals and departures, room sales, and room allocations for VIPs, groups, and crews.
* Coordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.
* Conducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.
* Handling guest requests and complaints.
* Supervising cashiers.
* Providing information about customer loyalty programmes.
* Handing over at the end of the shift.
* Completing administrative tasks.
* Managing your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
* Preparing invoices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Successfully completed specialist training
* Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills
* OPERA knowledge
* Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
* Structured and organised way of working
* Keen interest in team-oriented work
* Very good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.
