Under the direction of the division manager, you will oversee several units in terms of financial management, human resources, and projects. You will be the ambassador of our values on the ground with our clients and will intervene with our contractors, demonstrating real initiative to effectively address their daily challenges and consolidate our operations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with our commitments in both culinary and budgetary and contractual terms. The management of processes related to hygiene and food safety, occupational health and safety, quality, and the environment is an integral part of your responsibilities. In a highly competitive market, you demonstrate great dynamism and proactivity to provide innovative and tailored solutions to our clients, taking into account their budget, infrastructure, and specific needs. With your analytical mindset and comfort with numbers, you manage daily activities and provide relevant performance indicators as well as a thorough mastery of tracking. Profile: You are an excellent, enthusiastic, available, and committed professional. As a responsible individual, flexible and equipped with sharp managerial skills, we expect a high level of autonomy and responsibility from you. You hold a diploma from a recognized hospitality school and are proficient with tools and processes in this field. Excellent command of French (spoken and written) is required.
