Your Role
* You make AI understandable, usable, and safe for business teams.
* You create short, high‑quality learning content with templates and exercises.
* You deliver trainings and workshops at client sites and online – engaging, structured, and outcome‑driven.
* You keep our curriculum up to date and aligned with client needs, platform capabilities, and compliance requirements.
In short: you’re the person who turns AI know‑how into learning experiences that stick – and can teach them confidently in German, English and preferably other languages.
Your Responsibilities
* Responsible for all content & curriculum (AI Academy)
* Design and produce micro‑learning lessons (video scripts, recordings, slides, demos)
* Build practical exercises, templates, checklists, and prompt guidelines
* Maintain a structured curriculum (beginner → advanced → role‑based tracks)
* Ensure content quality: clarity, didactics, consistency, reusability, and measurable learning outcomes
* Update content based on new tools, best practices, and user feedback
* Provide trainings to the highest customer satisfaction
* Turn questions into reusable learning assets (FAQ modules, mini‑guides, demos)
* Collaborate with AI Engineers, AI Consultants and Head of Academy to craft training proposals, agendas, and learning journeys
* Help define “Definition of Done” for learning success (what participants can do afterwards)
* Promote responsible AI usage – pragmatic and business‑focused
Your Profile
Must‑haves
* Proven experience in delivering AI trainings, workshops, or enablement in the AI space
* AI Champion in your heart enabling people
* Proven experience with tools like Make, n8n, Lovable, Claude, Code and always screening for tools and learnings
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Agents Studio or Azure Foundry
* Strong skills in simplifying complex topics and teaching non‑technical audiences
* Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and workflows (prompting, quality checks, use cases)
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills (English required; German strongly preferred)
* Comfortable traveling to customer sites in Switzerland, DACH/EU or global
* Organized, self‑driven, and can turn ideas into concrete learning assets fast
Nice‑to‑haves
* Experience with AI trainings in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare, public sector)
* Basic understanding of AI governance / EU AI Act / AI literacy requirements
* Video production basics (Loom/Zoom recording, mic setup, editing fundamentals)
