Change management specialist (m/f/x)

Ph3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou manage technical change requests from initiation to full implementation in production, ensuring compliance with global processes /li liYou coordinate with all impacted departments, act as key contact for modification matters, and lead technical validation meetings /li liYou update and integrate data into ERP and related tools, while ensuring quality, traceability, and reporting on progress /li liYou plan and introduce modifications into production, oversee rework, stock optimization, destruction processes, and system requirements /li liYou provide impact analyses and recommendations to support decision‑making (including “Make or Buy”), cost reduction, and standardization initiatives /li liYou contribute to prototype engine development, BOM/component management strategies, and continuous improvement /li liYou apply workplace safety, health, environmental, and quality standards /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou hold a technical background as technician, production engineer or similar /li liYou have relevant experience in a similar industrial role; knowledge of combustion engines is a plus /li liYou have strong experience with ERP systems and PLM; familiarity with Windchill is considered a plus /li liYou are familiar with project management tools and methodologies /li liYou work effectively in a team, communicate with ease, and apply a structured, analytical approach /li liYou handle stress and pressure, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement /li liYou are fluent in English and French /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
