Description of the Area
Submission Document Generation and Structured Content Management: Modernizing creation and management of regulatory submission document content. Develops and deploys platforms for structured content management, enabling reuse of approved components across documents. Pioneers the use of agentic AI to assist in generating, reviewing, and assembling complex submission documents and its reuse across the entire clinical development value stream, aiming to improve quality and reduce authoring timelines. Identifies synergies and develops common content models, accessing clinical development and harmonizing use of common model and architecture across multiple functional areas (Clinical development, Market Access, Pharma Technical Regulatory, etc.). Acts as a key strategic liaison and primary communication channel between the dedicated business function and the RDT organization, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business needs, and co‑creating and managing technology strategy and portfolio to drive business outcomes.

Who You Are
* Proven Leader: 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
* Industry Expert: 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
* Formally Qualified: Bachelor or advanced degree with a specification in Business or IT.
* Agile Mindset: Lean and agile mindset with a deep understanding of software development or service delivery methodologies.
* Servant Leader: Demonstrates servant and creative leadership (VACC) behaviors, empowering individuals to act autonomously.
* Strategic Architect: Understands solution and process architecture and can create clarity regarding team outcomes in complex environments.
* Domain Specialist: Deep understanding of regulatory submission data and document artifacts for the major health authorities (FDA, MHRA, EMA) and experience implementing structured data and content automation solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit, is 228,900.00 PLN – 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
