As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists dedicated to develop and optimize process for production of new biological therapeutics.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and operating experimental studies to evaluate robotic screening processes in the development of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute experimental studies to assess the effectiveness of robotic screening in process development for mAbs.
Ensure the traceability of raw data throughout experimental studies to maintain data integrity and reproducibility.
Participate in training sessions and assist in routine analysis using the robotic screening platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency.
Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.
Your profile :
Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).
Experience in designing and executing experimental studies, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with robotic method building, data analysis software and analytical methods
Prior experiences in purification and analytic are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
