NPI Project Manager 100% (m/f) Your Role Lead New Product Introduction projects with R&D, Quality, Operations, and our customers, ensuring completion within the specified goals, timeline, quality requirements, and budget.
Identify risks and opportunities during the project and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are understood and met.
Coordinate the project team and ensure effective collaboration among all team members.
Report on project progress, adherence to schedules, quality compliance, and supply chain readiness.
Develop validations and qualifications together with Quality Assurance in compliance with relevant medical regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820, MDR).
Support R&D and operations with technical questions and clarify issues with customers.
Your Profile Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience in Project Management in a quality-regulated environment, preferably in medical devices or diagnostics technology.
Strong project management skills with experience leading R&D projects in the MedTech sector.
Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English and French; German is a strong plus.
We offer 6 weeks of vacation per year! This position can be based at Muntelier or Yverdon-les-Bains.
