IT Business Analyst Operational Risk
Aufgaben
1. Support the development and optimization of processes and applications in the context of operational risk management.
2. Monitoring internal and external OpRisk incidents and assuring the periodic reporting.
3. Controlling data and processes.
4. Monthly consolidation of Key Risk Indicators.
5. Responsible for data modeling as well as in the implementation of new reporting requirements.
6. Structuring and designing workflows.
7. Regular contact and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Doing annual OpRisk Self-Assessment.
9. Assisting in the organization of workshops with the Division and Business units as well as the Foreign Entities.
10. Business Continuity related tasks.
11. Other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifikation
1. University degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
2. Experience in risk management of processes as an IT auditor in a bank (CISA).
3. Knowledge of Microsoft environment, e.g. MS SQL Server, Excel, T-SQL.
4. Experience in analysis and technical implementation of workflows.
5. Analytical skills.
6. Ability to communicate, liaise and collaborate with other departments.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. Curious and challenging mindset.
9. Strong team player, self-motivated and with the ability to collaborate with other departments in multiple locations worldwide.
10. Fluent in German and English.
