For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician (M/F).
Your Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (packaging machines, HVAC systems, utilities, etc.).
* Diagnose breakdowns and propose effective technical solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.
* Draft and update technical documentation (protocols, intervention reports).
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Train and support junior technicians.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, or equivalent.
* Minimum 8 years in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or regulated industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of automated systems, electromechanics, and utilities (compressed air, steam, purified water).
* Familiarity with GMP standards and quality procedures.
* Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
