We are seeking a Senior Performance Controller responsible for our Global Building Products within the Smart Infrastructure Business Unit.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of our global product business, delivering KPI analysis and performance commentary.
Generating comprehensive business reports to assess overall performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Promoting financial transparency, especially within the Sustainability business, collaborating with relevant teams.
Responding to ad-hoc requests from top management with well-structured insights.
Enhancing reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI and Snowflake, supporting digital transformation of financial workflows.
Improving the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes.
Engaging with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives and support impactful decision-making.
Collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improve performance.
Providing ongoing strategic financial insights to guide business decisions.
Ensuring data integrity, quality, and timeliness in all reporting processes.
Skills and experience required:
University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or similar.
Extensive experience in performance controlling and financial reporting, preferably in an international industrial or technology-driven B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial metrics related to product development, production, and sales.
Experience working across matrix organizations with diverse teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial databases.
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
Proactive, ownership-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are advantageous.
Location: Zug, Switzerland. Candidates must have legal work authorization in Switzerland.
