About Our Client
We are currently seeking a communicative and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist for our client, a Swiss bank with modern offices in Zürich. The role begins immediately and involves initial temporary employment with potential for permanent placement based on performance.
Responsibilities
* Responding to inquiries in German or French via written and oral communication
* Daily contact with financial advisors and/or their clients
* Providing information on contract status, transactions, e-banking, and customer data
* Ensuring departmental availability
* Accurately completing administrative tasks
Candidate Profile
* Completed commercial training or equivalent (bank apprenticeship preferred)
* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service within a banking environment
* Fluent in German and proficient in French (minimum B2 level)
* IT affinity
* Outgoing, flexible, resilient personality
* High solution and service orientation
* Structured and independent working style
* Team player
