We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position in Zurich that will play a key role in identifying and cultivating sales opportunities within our Services Portfolio. You will be responsible for promoting our internally developed second source solutions, increasing the Parts & Overhaul business, and managing market intelligence data. Your duties will include driving business opportunities in the Business Development & Pre-tendering stage, understanding customer problems, and engaging in industry networking.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within our extensive Services Portfolio
* Promote our internally developed second source solutions
* Increase the Parts & Overhaul business together with our Competence Service Centers
* Manage the Swiss market intelligence database in Salesforce
* Drive business opportunities in the Business Development & Pre-tendering stage
* Understand customer problems and claims, solve them, and pave the road for future business
* Engage in industry networking and communication as an ambassador of our local Service activities
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual with a technical or engineering background. Relevant experience in Sales & Business Development is essential, as is fluency in English and German. Proficiency in French is an advantage. You should possess strong creativity, customer-orientation, and agility, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
You will need to be confident, extroverted, communicative, and persistent, with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. A permanent position at a leading company in the green mobility industry awaits the successful candidate.
