Senior Lead Engineer / SME Fill & Finish (m/f/d)
Join Exyte as a Senior Lead Engineer / SME in Fill & Finish and shape technical solutions from concept to final design, ensuring excellence for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored layouts and technical solutions in the Fill & Finish domain, aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
* Provide consulting, design input, and critical review of projects at the process level to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
* Ensure adherence to relevant standards, procedures, and best practices throughout the design and engineering phases.
* Actively contribute to major technical decisions across the project lifecycle, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
* Conduct workshops, design reviews and support the implementation of necessary adjustments and improvements.
* Share knowledge and expertise across teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
* Drive the development and application of new methods, tools, and solutions while enhancing existing approaches.
* Represent Exyte in customer meetings and presentations, showcasing our technical excellence and industry experience.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in consulting and engineering, ideally within GMP‑regulated environments.
* Deep theoretical and practical expertise in Fill & Finish technologies and processes.
* Fluent in English; German and French preferred.
* Strong customer focus, passion for innovation, team player and results‑driven mindset.
