Join our team Mobility (IMA) and become partner for client companies role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in HR, work with diverse teams, and contribute to global mobility programs.Context and Environment:As an Mobility you will in a dynamic, environment, supporting a diverse of mobile and remotely with employees, subsidiaries, and head office contacts across multiple countries- Deliver outstanding service by ensuring high-quality management and HR support- Act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a smooth assignment experience- Play a key role in enhancing client and strengthening the company for excellence in mobilityKey Responsibilities:Payroll & Management:- Process monthly payroll for mobile employees using Proconcept (ERP)- Record all employee and payroll elements, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, and expense reports- Perform and adjustments; payslips and with Accounting as needed- Manage post-payroll reporting (social security, subsidiary reporting, internal lists)- Prepare and cost analyses in compliance with client mobilityHR & Mobility- the full lifecycle of assignments: hiring, assignment changes, and contract- employment contracts and ensure proper and monitoring of employee contracts- Conduct onboarding meetings with employees- Manage social security and required offboarding, including letters, final settlements, social security closure, and salary- compliance with mobility policies and issues to your managerRequired Profile:We are looking for a professional who combines technical HR expertise with strong interpersonal skills:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Switzerland in payroll establishment and management- Personnel Assistant (Federal HR Management Diploma asset)- Excellent command of French and English (fluent English required)- Several years experience in HR management, including social insurance and Swiss labour law (experience in is a plus)- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and to detail- Excellent resilience under stress in a multidisciplinary, client-focused environment- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment- Team with the ability to work independentlyWhy This Rolean IMA, you are the central point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality mobility experience.
