Drive sales growth in our Services Portfolio by identifying and developing opportunities within Modernizations, Innovations, Maintenance, Spare Parts, and Repairs. Promote internally developed solutions such as brake discs/pads, dampers, traction solutions, etc. to increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve business goals
* Promote second-source solutions to maximize customer value
* Increase Parts & Overhaul business with Competence Service Centers in Europe
* Manage market intelligence database in Salesforce and provide visibility on upcoming opportunities
* Develop compelling tender strategies and drive business opportunities during Business Development & Pre-tendering stages
Requirements
* Technical or engineering background to understand customer needs
* Relevant experience in Sales & Business Development to propose solutions
* Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is an advantage
* Strong creativity, customer orientation, and agility
* Confident, extroverted, communicative, and persistent
* Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings and customer visits
