Your Responsibilities You configure and manage high-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new and existing products
You initiate requests, collect technical information, and implement changes in the PLM system
You initiate and implement documentation changes and ensure consistency across systems
You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical data sheets for combustion engines
You handle EEIR (Electrical & Electronic Information Requests), acting as the interface between hardware and software documentation
You collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute actively to process optimization and digitalization initiatives within the documentation department
You participate in internal improvement projects and help further structure and professionalize technical documentation processes
Your Profile You have a technical background (e.g., apprenticeship, technician, or engineering degree in mechanical engineering or similar)
You bring practical experience with combustion engines or strong mechanical knowledge of how engines function. Experience in production or workshop environments is a plus
You have experience or a willingness to develop in technical documentation, configuration management, design, or a comparable technical coordination role
You are comfortable working with IT systems and data management tools
You work in a precise, structured, and detail-oriented manner
You show initiative and a strong motivation to drive continuous improvement and digitalization
You enjoy working cross-functionally and gathering information from different stakeholders
You are fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong advantage
