For our client, a leading global company in the agricultural sector, we are looking for a HR Operations professional to take on a key role within the HR function as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Time & Attendance processes, including reporting, data checks, and system updates (e.g., ATOSS)
* Assist with managing work schedules, absences, and general HR topics in collaboration with HR Business Partners
* Help handle absence cases (accidents, illness, IV), including coordination with insurance and basic administration
* Support with simple legal and administrative tasks, such as following internal guidelines and preparing standard documents
Experience & Qualifications
* Commercial apprenticeship (KV); HR certification is a strong asset
* Relevant experience in HR Administration
* Solid understanding of Swiss labor and social security laws
* Professional proficiency in German and English; good working knowledge of French
* Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional with strong communication skills and a high affinity for data quality and reporting
