Responsibilities
Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
Processing of physical shares
Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities
Front‑office support
Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54, MT76, MT599
Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Finance Back Office department is mandatory; swift knowledge would be a plus
Fluent in French; also good command of English; German would be a plus
You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
