• Support the development of literature reviews and reference lists
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to align on research goals
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper documentation in all outputs
What You Bring
• Background in research, analysis, or a related academic field
• Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in research tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Experience with data visualization or basic statistical tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a bonus
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland and currently residing there
