Assistant Head of the Beef Carcass Deboning Department What you will accomplish:- Manage the resources necessary for production (workforce, raw materials, machines)- Collaborate with different departments (logistics, quality, etc.) to ensure the availability of resources and equipment- Ensure production capacities to avoid overloads or delays in production and ensure compliance with deadlines- Identify discrepancies between the production plan and reality, and propose solutions- Serve as a link between production teams and other departments. Inform teams of priorities and necessary adjustments- Participate in process analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose actions to optimize timelines, reduce costs, and improve quality- React to production issues, such as breakdowns, delays, or stock shortages. Reorganize schedules to minimize impacts on deliveries- Provide regular reports on production and performance.
