Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Consultant for Learning & Assessment reports directly to the Director of Learning & Assessment, and is primarily responsible for the delivery of K-12 services related to the Qualtrics platform. The Learning & Assessment Consultant will work with other departments and Agency staff to align projects work both within CESA 6 and nationwide, which support the Agency’s mission and strategic plan.FunctionsEssential FunctionsConduct synchronous, online Qualtrics training & consultation.Design and build Qualtrics projects (surveys, dashboards, directories, ticketing, etc) based on client specifications and feedback.Coach organizations to interpret and act upon data.Coach organizations on appropriate survey methodology.Provide service to public, parochial, charter and other private schools across North America.Set annual outcomes that align with the established agency, division, department and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure utilization of agency protocol for the management of the invoice process.Ensure revenue targets are met while minimizing department expenses.Facilitate an innovative environment within the department to develop solutions within the scope of assessment and data to support our district partners.Other FunctionsTake responsibility for professional growth based on feedback, research, and best practice.Travel nationwide to present to educational leaders, collaborating with Qualtrics partners and clients at district-level events.Seek opportunities to present at local, state-level, and national conferences.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSExperience, Education, And/or LicensureEducational background including a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. Master’s degree in educational administration (Principal or Curriculum and Instruction) preferred.Demonstrated experience with the CX or EX Qualtrics platforms, including XM directory, survey design and deployment, dashboard design and deployment, workflows, and ticketing.
