Your challenge
* Gather requirements with HR, IT, and Finance and translate them into robust solutions
* Configure, test, and deploy SAP Payroll and Time Management modules
* Ensure operational readiness, transition to run mode, and contribute to perform in the support model
* Safeguard compliance, manage OSS notes, and steer system updates
* Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
* Support integrations with adjacent SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance)
Your qualifications
* Experience in SAP Payroll and Time Management, incl. configuration, schemas, and rules
* Strong grasp of SAP payroll processes, tax and compliance in tools like PCC, wage types, and PCR
* Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication
* Ideally Swiss SAP payroll experience in end-to-end project delivery and integrating external systems
* Knowledge of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and basic ABAP debugging skills
* You work independently, stay organized across multiple tasks, and keep an eye on outcomes
* You are fluent in German and English
