Youth Assistant Instructor
Desired profile
* Student at HEP/UNIL/HES with an interest in the field of socio-cultural animation.
* Ability to work with young people and experience as an instructor with the target population, namely 12 to 18 years old (camp supervisors, scouting, etc.).
* Interest in free reception and project creation.
* Sense of organization and planning.
* Ability to work in a team but also independently.
* Listening skills, adaptability, creativity, and dynamism.
* Be of legal age and have a clean special criminal record.
Mission
Participate in certain receptions at the Echallens animation and meeting center (CARÉ). Promote a participatory approach with young people and ensure collaboration with the animation team.
Hours
Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for about 40 weeks per year.
