Your Responsibilities

You take end-to-end ownership of a defined population of ~50 specialized consultants within the Private Equity Group.
You hold full responsibility for Client Development staffing within the DACH region and collaborate closely with the broader regional and international staffing network to ensure alignment and high overall utilization.
You independently manage a defined consultant pool and act as a trusted primary contact for all talent-related matters across multiple PEG teams.
You ensure high data quality and integrity across all relevant talent systems, establishing transparency and a reliable foundation for decision-making.
You take ownership of the weekly employee survey process within the Private Equity Group, ensuring smooth execution, data accuracy, and structured follow-up on key insights.
You develop a deep understanding of the individual development needs, strengths, and career aspirations of your consultant pool and proactively incorporate these into staffing decisions to enable targeted growth and meaningful development opportunities.
You review and approve vacation requests while balancing individual needs with broader capacity planning considerations.
You design and continuously enhance reporting for the PEG Practice, translating complex staffing and talent data into clear analyses and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
You prepare and synthesize performance evaluation materials, integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders and ensuring a structured, high-quality review process.
You actively monitor joiners, leavers, and workforce developments within the PEG and anticipate implications for capacity planning.
You manage and optimize advisor and mentor assignments, ensuring alignment with development objectives.
You independently lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional PEG and talent initiatives, driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Our Requirements

Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in, talent management, HR, staffing or workforce planning, preferably within consulting, professional services, or a Private Equity environment, combined with a strong understanding of business dynamics and organizational needs.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive topics independently, with a structured, solution-oriented approach and a strong end-to-end responsibility mindset.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data, combined with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented manner.
High level of resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands in a structured manner.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in cross-functional and regional teams.
