Key responsibilities:
* Work in various production functions while following safety and cGMP guidelines
* Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes
* Execute production steps, including documentation and calculations
* Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Your background:
* Chemical / biopharmaceutical education
* Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production
* Knowledge of process engineering
* Fluent English, German knowledge an advantage
