Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to support our growth in enterprise managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client contractual relationships and oversee IT service delivery, including incident escalations, service requests, and changes.
* Lead operational and financial review meetings and drive continuous improvement in services and processes based on ITIL principles.
* Build strong relationships with other teams and suppliers for a 24/7 service.
You will be responsible for producing and delivering reports for clients and responding to customer needs with a systematic approach to improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, business administration, engineering, or performance management.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience as SDM in service delivery, client-facing, in a multicultural environment.
3. Proficiency in English and French (B2 or higher).
4. Autonomous, team-oriented, performance-driven, with strong communication skills.
5. Adaptable to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Additionally, you should have advanced skills in Office Suite, including teaching others, and understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Microsoft 365).
