Responsibilities
* Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger operations.
* Oversee collection processes and coordinate debt management activities.
* Support process development and assist in training young talents.

* Shaping your area of responsibility with the team; managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring credit and subsidy control.
* Overseeing dunning and collection processes and coordinating loss certificates.
* Co‑leader in training apprentices and passing on knowledge.
* Supporting further development of processes (ICS) and ensuring counter and telephone operations.
Qualifications
* Completed commercial basic education (EFZ) and practical experience in a similar position.
* Further training as an accounting clerk or intention to complete soon.
* Team‑oriented, communicative, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Enjoy working with young talents (apprentices).
