Context
VisilabGroup is currently undergoing a major transformation by installing Tele-Optometry equipment across our stores. This means that the eye exam is performed by a remote optometrist using advanced digital instruments and patients receive a full eye exam while the optometrist connects live from a remote location.
Responsibilities
Tele-Optometry
* Build a structured approach to Tele-Optometry initiatives to achieve specific targets (organizational set-up, tests, benchmarking with other countries, being up to date about results and issues from stores, ).
* Support and coordinate Tele-Optometry installations and training.
* Prepare presentations to give updates on project advancements.
* Build a 360° approach for advance eye exams:
* Define and roll out the new protocol for Advanced Eye Exams and act as project manager of the entire project.
* Coordinate with Essilor to ensure correct procurement and installation of new instruments.
* Manage AI/Tele-Medicine provider and usage.
* Other function coordination e.g. for field trainers to assure correct training roll out.
* Being the point of contact for instruments elevation and insourcing to Essilor:
* Define and be responsible for a framework of which instruments are available per category.
* Provide timely information to Essilor team with our budget and installation plan.
* Ensure all renewed, renovated and newly opened stores have the right instruments in place.
* Set up and maintain an instrument database.
* Support in the definition of the strategic approach to eyecare for VisilabGroup, collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the best eyecare experience in our stores and act as point of reference:
* Redefine Eye Exam approach:
* Benchmarking with competitors.
* Redefine Eye Exam protocols and approaches.
* Support marketing for effective banner communication and differentiation.
* Being responsible for eye exams data and agenda management:
* Identify gaps and improvements in data accuracy and completeness (from store process to BI exposure).
* Provide data within the organization and to EL stakeholders (monthly requests).
* Support in structuring KPIs for the full eye exam funnel.
* Support sales in data accessibility and target definition.
* Support the agenda management and appointment booking maintenance and relationship with the provider.
* Prepare presentations and analysis to top management on all project initiatives.
Your Profile
* We are looking for candidates who have strong stakeholder and project coordination skills.
* Several years of experience within a medical environment would be beneficial.
* Fluency in French and English, German and/or Italian would be beneficial.
