PpThe purpose of this role to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Manufacturing site in Heerbrugg. Holding the formal title of Managing Director, they will act as the central liaison between departments, ensure compliance with local policies, ensuring that all agreed goals and objectives are achieved across manufacturing and operations. /ppLocal decision maker, and empowered to resolve issues and drive cultural change in line with Rayner values. Importantly this role needs to provide clarity on roles and responsibilities and create an organisation structure fit for future growth.
