Proclinical is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead the financial and operational aspects of an internal marketing production team. This role focuses on budget management, reporting, and project coordination, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, monitor, and manage the team's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
2. Track and report on budget performance, addressing variances as needed.
3. Collaborate with finance and other departments for accurate financial reporting.
4. Generate and analyze reports on team performance and project progress.
5. Create presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholders.
6. Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
8. Communicate complex information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
9. Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
10. Define project goals and success criteria with team members and departments.
11. Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements:
12. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
13. Experience in budget management within a marketing or production environment.
14. Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
