Tasks
* Drive the sales of industrial 3D printing solutions within Spain and develop the additive manufacturing business together with the local Hoffmann Group field sales teams.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with industrial companies and key decision‑makers across the Spanish market.
* Identify new industrial applications for additive manufacturing and support customers in implementing suitable 3D printing solutions.
* Manage customer inquiries and commercial projects from initial request and quotation through negotiation and successful contract closure.
* Provide consultative technical sales support together with our engineering team, advising customers on manufacturing processes, materials, and economically optimized solutions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of our quotation and ordering platform by bringing in your customer and sales perspective.
* Represent Hoffmann AM during customer visits, contract negotiations, trade fairs, and industry events in Spain and across Europe.
Requirements
* Completed technical education or apprenticeship combined with professional sales experience, ideally within an industrial or technology‑driven environment — alternatively, a commercial background with strong technical affinity and proven experience in technical or industrial sales — or a comparable qualification.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or project business, ideally within an industrial or technology‑driven environment.
* Knowledge of additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a strong advantage. Ideally, you already have hands‑on experience in an industrial environment and are comfortable advising customers on technical solutions.
* Ability to work independently, take ownership of commercial targets, and successfully drive opportunities from lead generation to closing.
* High affinity for digitalization, platform solutions, and data‑driven sales approaches.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30% within Spain and Europe, depending on customer projects and trade fairs.
* Native‑level Spanish and business‑fluent English, both written and spoken, are essential.
* French or Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage.
* Team‑oriented, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when interacting with decision‑makers.
