Who you are
As a Fulfilment Solution Responsible you support the Country Solution Responsible by acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT fulfilment tool in your store. In addition, you are the reference person for all employees in your unit for IT fulfilment tools.
To be successful in this position we see you bring:
* Responsible for all warehouse management systems belonging to a unit or group of units – available, well configured and maintained to support operations
* Responsible for implementation for all kind of system enhancements in order to - increase efficiency, decrease operational costs, increase quality, smooth operational processes.
* Responsibility to coordinate the development of the WMS application and associated if necessary working methods in order to fulfill the business needs and user satisfaction.
A day in your life with us
* Act as the main contact person for WMS related topics and support daily Operations by ensuring stable and efficient system usage within the unit.
* Support and monitor incidents, system changes, releases and operational requests while coordinating with IT and relevant stakeholders when needed.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying system, process or knowledge gaps and supporting operational efficiency, quality and new ways of working.
* Ensure end users are properly trained and supported through trainings, guidance and relevant training materials, including support during system changes and implementations.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, WMS Coordinators and global super user networks by participating in meetings, testing activities, BAT and knowledge sharing forums.
Knowledge
* Proven understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment processes and WMS applications
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken, German B1
