YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION WOULD BE… TRAINING STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENTDesign and localize training programs based on global guidelines and regional needs.Develop onboarding programs, product training, customer service workshops, and leadership development plans.Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and performance KPIs.DELIVERY & FACILITATIONConduct in-person and virtual training sessions across both countries.Ensure consistent delivery of brand values and standards across all stores.Coach store managers and team leaders to become in-store training ambassadors.CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONCollaborate with the marketing, retail operations, and HR teams to align training with commercial objectives.Partner with regional and global training teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.MONITORING & REPORTINGYou will be reporting to the People Director of Switzerland and Austria.Track training attendance, completion rates, and impact on performance metrics.Provide regular reports and insights to regional and global leadership.TEAM DEVELOPMENTIdentify and develop high-potential retail talent.Support succession planning and career development pathways through targeted training. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR… Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field.5+ years of experience in retail training, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or fashion sector. Proven experience in managing training across multiple locations and countries.Fluent in German and English; French is a strong advantage. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and online.
