Maintenance Engineer – Wet Chemistry & Lithography (m/f/d) We are seeking an experienced maintenance team member responsible for all aspects of maintenance in front-end production, specifically in wet chemistry and lithography. This includes routine scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
Your Tasks Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and optimization of equipment used in semiconductor production, focusing on wet chemistry and lithography tools.
Conduct fault analysis, perform maintenance, and implement technical upgrades to ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of production equipment.
Utilize MES systems for planning, scheduling, and recording maintenance activities.
Support the implementation of a new Chemical Delivery System (CDS) into production.
Collaborate closely with Facilities, Process, and Operations departments to support error-free, high-volume production of micro-optics and foundry services.
Maintain detailed documentation of machine conditions, maintenance activities, and work performed.
Coordinate with production teams and external contractors during planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Your Profile B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with several years of experience in maintenance and servicing of machinery and systems.
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, PLCs, pneumatics, and robotics.
Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management systems (e.g., MES) and MS Office is desirable.
Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations, with excellent problem-solving skills to optimize processes and improve machine uptime.
Proficiency in English or German, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
