We are seeking a Trust Administrator to join an international team at a highly esteemed Trust Company in Geneva. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in trusts or a related field within an international setting.
Responsibilities.
1. Provide daily assistance for trusts, companies, and fiduciary structures based on instructions from the Trust Manager and Trust Officer.
2. Handle administrative tasks, including financial, regulatory, accounting, and database reviews, along with general document maintenance and correspondence.
3. Execute internal and external payments and other banking transactions.
4. Check and edit forms, templates, and documents for accuracy.
5. Oversee proper scheduling, coordination, and operation of board meetings and investment committee meetings.
6. Work on various global projects, collaborating with colleagues in different offices.
7. Act as the first point of contact for matters related to administrative work.
Requirements:
8. 1 or 2 years of experience in trust or corporate structure administration.
9. STEP membership or in the process of STEP membership is an advantage.
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities.
11. Proactive, capable of problem-solving, and able to work independently.
12. Fully computer literate (MS Office).
13. Excellent English communication skills (French is an advantages)
