A highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance Business Partner is required to join our team. As a trusted partner to the business, you will play a key role in steering business decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation.

* You will enable long-term, profitable growth of the business and optimize value for customers by creating understanding within the business for the drivers behind financial performance, identifying strategies for revenue growth, cost savings, and cash improvements, and driving implementation.
">
* You will support critical decision-making and prioritization of limited resources through fact-based analysis, actionable insights, business cases, and end-to-end value stream analyses.
">
* You will manage all standard finance events (actuals, forecasting, planning) as well as ad-hoc support to the business, and lead or contribute to finance projects including M&A and the development of business cases for future growth.
">
* You will drive value creation through investment effectiveness and operational efficiencies while safeguarding compliance as a non-negotiable.
">
* You will embrace enabling technologies and agile ways of working, standardize and simplify processes and deliverables, and balance business and finance interests, short-term and long-term perspectives, as well as global and local interests.
">
* You will support talent development across the local finance organization.
">
* You will manage processes such as sales reporting and forecasting, customer/product profitability monitoring, market and customer segmentation, commercial contract support, including setting of pricing and payment terms, and dunning processes.

* You will have an excellent relationship with the sales and manufacturing organizations and be able to deal with challenging customer issues.

Requirements
">
">
* You must have a university degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline and at least 7 years of work experience in controlling and finance business partnering.
">
* You must have direct and/or indirect leadership experience.
">
* You must have a strong understanding across the entire value chain from R&D and operations down to commercial, and understand the markets you are playing in.
">
* You must be self-driven and have a strong delivery orientation.
">
* You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be curious.
">
* You must build trustful relationships allowing you to challenge the business.
">
* You must be able to effectively inspire, mobilize, and persuade others.
">
* You must be a good negotiator.
">
* You must be structured in your approach, have strong analytical skills, and be able to convey the main story represented in the numbers in ways that the business understands.

* You must have experience working in an internationally operating, dynamic, matrix organization.
">
* You must be fluent in English, and German, Mandarin, or Spanish is an asset.
