We are looking for a seasoned technical leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale SaaS systems, a passion for driving engineering excellence, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

About the Role
This full-time position reports to the VP of Engineering and requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for:
* Shipping & Execution (40%)
* Technical Leadership & Roadblock Resolution (40%)
* Team Performance (20%)
You will work closely with our Product team to ensure alignment and execution, drive performance management, and continuously improve processes and tools.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, business-critical products and will be able to unblock technical challenges, mentor engineers, and lead by example.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing what is working and not working within the engineering development teams
* Building a 6-month plan and presenting it to the CEO and VP Engineering
* Achieving a clear understanding of our platform's architecture and code base
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale, business-critical SaaS products that run 24/7
* Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and high-availability platforms
