Job Description
* Joining the Business Risk Management - Transaction Monitoring Team
* Ensuring effective execution of 1,5 line of controls within a structured control framework:
o Ex‑ante:
+ Analyzing and validating In & Out flows (including Cash & Securities transactions)
+ Responding to all requests from Front Officers in case of doubts, suspicions or advices
+ Being a back‑up for Market Heads to validate client instructions
o Ex‑post:
+ Analyzing, documenting and closing alerts issued from transactional monitoring tool
o Managing & documenting block or unblock client accounts
o Participating to the elaboration of KPI and Reportings for the bank
o Performing quality controls
o Reporting ad‑hoc for the Front Office and the Management
o Participating to the day‑to‑day in the office
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, banking or economics, or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years' experience in a wealth management institution in operational transactional monitoring and controls in Switzerland
* Good knowledge of Swiss regulatory compliance and specifically in AML
* Advanced user of MS Office Pack and main financial software products
* Fluent in English and French, additional languages are an advantage
* Business‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset, proactive with extreme confidentiality
* Analytical mindset, deep rigorousness, risk awareness, and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate cross‑functionally in a multicultural environment
* Strong communication skills, solid team spirit
* Being proactive and reactive, resilient to stress
* Sense of discretion and confidentiality, adherence to the bank's values
